Add-ons
An add-on is a feature on top of your plan. You add or remove it venue by venue, from the add-ons page:
SettingsBillingAdd-onsThe only add-on offered is the Website, billed per venue per month. Its price is shown on our website: Pricing. What the site holds and how to prepare it is described in Your website.
The page shows each add-on with the list of your venues: for each one, the add-on’s state (Active, Ends [date] or Inactive), its price and the action available. The Manage add-ons link in the Subscription card leads to this page.
Adding an add-on
Section titled “Adding an add-on”- Click Add on a venue’s row, or Add restaurants.
- If you have several venues, tick the ones that get it. A venue without an active subscription, or whose billing is ending, cannot be ticked.
- Check the summary: the amount due today for the current period, then the amount debited at each renewal.
- Accept the add-on’s terms, then confirm.
The add-on is active at once. How an addition during the month is billed follows the rule described in Your subscription.
When you activate a paid subscription, add-ons can also be chosen on the last step, see Starting to pay.
While a debit has failed, no add-on can be added: the page shows A payment did not go through. and the Pay the invoice button. Your current add-ons stay active meanwhile. That button pays the unpaid invoices as described in Paying the invoice.
Removing an add-on
Section titled “Removing an add-on”The Remove button schedules the removal. The add-on stays active and billed until the end of the current period, with no refund. On that day, for the Website, the site goes offline and is no longer billed. Your pages, menus and photos are kept: adding the add-on again puts the site back online.
Until that date, Cancel removal keeps the add-on.
Ending a venue’s billing also ends its add-ons, see Changing or ending a plan.
