Billing details and invoices

Your billing details, your payment method, your invoices and the accepted Terms of Sale are on the Billing page.

Your billing details

The Billing details block holds the entity that receives the invoices. You enter:

• the Legal name;
• the SIREN;
• the VAT number;
• the Address, Postal code and City;
• the Billing email, the address invoices are sent to.

These fields are editable at any time. The Edit button opens the form.

Payment and invoices

The Payment & invoices block shows your payment method. The subscription is paid by SEPA Direct Debit.

The Manage payment & invoices button opens the Stripe portal. There you find your subscription invoices and update your SEPA Direct Debit.

Commission invoices and SMS invoices have their own pages, described in Guarantee commission invoices and Guest SMS.

The accepted Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale block shows the accepted version of the Terms, the date and the email address that accepted them. The PDF for that version can be downloaded from this block. The Terms of Sale are the governing contractual document; this page does not restate their terms.
