Address and opening hours

The Venue screen has two sub-tabs that locate your venue: its address and its opening hours. Like the rest of the screen, they are saved with the Unsaved changes bar, described in Venue information.

SettingsVenueAddress

You enter the Street, Additional details, Postcode, City and Country.

The Location on the map block places your venue on a map.

  1. The Locate the address button searches for the address entered and drops a pin. The pin then carries the To confirm badge.
  2. If the pin is not exact, drag it to the right place. If the address cannot be found, click the map to place the pin. A pin you drag or place yourself is confirmed straight away.
  3. The This is the right place button confirms the pin: the badge changes to Confirmed.

If you change the address after confirming the pin, it stays where it is and shows The address has changed. Locate the new address places it again. The address, the pin and its confirmation are saved together.

The Google listing (optional) field takes the link to your Google listing. Accepted links start with google.com, g.page or maps.app.goo.gl.

SettingsVenueOpening hours

Opening hours are the hours when your venue is open. They are unrelated to your bookable time slots, which are set in your services.

  • Same hours every day applies one set of ranges to the days chosen under Opening days. Unticked, each day is set on its own: Open or Closed, then its ranges.
  • + range adds a second time range to the day, for example for lunch and dinner: two ranges at most per day. Ranges must not overlap, and only the last one may end after midnight.

The first time you open them, the hours are pre-filled from your services. Check them, then save: nothing is saved until you do.

With a website, the address, the opening hours and the exceptional closures show on your site, see Your website.

The Exceptional closures block links, with Manage closures, to your closures in the service schedule.
